the Japanese fashion designer Issey Miyake. The white fabric is the Pleated fabric
from Issey Miyake. His dresses cost in the$$$ thousands.
This is a 2 piece dress with skirt wrap to make it a long dress so you can have a short
or the long dress. The size is 12 misses., the dress fits to the knees and the skirt to
the ankles -floor depends how tall you are.
The skirt just hooks in the front, the dress zips up the back.

From the arm pit down the dress is 26"
The skirt is 41"
